This is a brand new item, that was
discontinued by the company which had placed
the order to have them in
stock for. Manufactured for the standard commercial 30# Fryers, holding two of these in such
sized vats.
Well, the easiest explanation is that these
are for your standard 30# Fryer Vats, whereas 2 of these are used in this fryer
vat, these are not for countertop units. That being said, these were the
dimensions she got for this today.
11-7/8"L + 11-1/2" Handle. Shell portion
is 2-5/8"H x 5-7/8"W. Handle point height is 8"H =
, The fryer end, for hanging is aproximately 6" (She did not actually get
that dimension)
