Not sure whom this was for original, actual item is pictured below, but best I can figure, this sits under the 1/4 pan and the 1/4 pan fits down into it and this is a two-sided slotted lid for spoons to stick out from. It is/was being used by either Arbys, KFC and/or Taco Bell, but not absolutely sure of the capacity, although I believe it was Arbys. Wholesale cost was $25.64 according to the records we have received with the goods.
