These are issued and turned in goods, they are not new. We do inspect them to assure that there are no gaping tears and/or holes. This can be a bit difficult for smaller holes, since by nature this piece is made with such in them already. But we do our best to make sure that the item is in serviceable and useable condition for its intended purpose.

This item is no longer available from military surplus, as homeland security now requires for this item to be destroyed and is not allowed to be placed back into the public mainstream, so we will not be getting any additional of this item. These are no aftermarket productions, these are authentic military issue and turned in goods.
