Do we combine Shipping?
Absolutely, our shipping is set up to combine the total weight of your items and shipping options are based upon that weight. We believe you will find our shipping cost and options to be among the lowest in the industry.

What Payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal for all purchases. Some prefer to not use PayPal, but still prefer to pay with Credit Card, to meet those customers expectations, we will accept Credit Cards Payments through Google Checkout. We also will accept payment by Money Orders or Cashier Checks. For those that wish to do so, we will also accept Bank Wire Transfers, however the customer is responsible for the $20 fee accessed to us by the bank for such transfers. Google Checkout will be an available option soon, as we still have to get this installed on our site. If you would like to use this option, please email us and we will provide you the information needed to pay via Google Checkout.
Do we allow for Local Pickup of Goods?
Yes, however, we are not a retail outlet, all sales we make are conducted strictly online. All local goods are required to be paid to us online, as our office and business license is in a county in which our warehouse is not located. Since this is only considered a shipping warehouse and no license is required in the City of Columbia, County of Richland, we are not allowed to accept cash at the warehouse. To do so would then make us a retail business, subject to the taxes and regulations of the city and county our warehouse is located in. Once item has been paid, we will email you with the address and contact phone number, so you may then directly coordinate the pickup with Becca, one which will be convenient for everyone, as our hours at the warehouse vary greatly depending on other family demands.
