Due to the quantities being sold of our items, often we will use a file picture of the item, that we have on hand. These pictures are taken of a random piece and are not "cherry-picked" to find one that looks the best. Most often in fact, we use just an average piece and attempt to make sure that we do NOT use one that looks better than what we will be shipping.
Our goal is to have you back as a buyer and to exceed any expectations you might have from us for the items purchased and will always do whatever is reasonable to resolve any problems you feel you may have. If you feel as though we have not been clear in a description and have reason to think that we should offer some guarantee, this must be received in writing within 7 days of receipt of item.
At no time will shipping cost to you or for shipping cost back to us be refunded. We do deal with many used items, many which can not be tested, it is possible we will miss something, whenever this occurs, contact us and we will try to do something to make it right for you, but please keep in mind, that the some surplus items we sale are used items and expected wear and tear should be expected, although we strive to assure that items you receive are checked for any damages on them.
Every Item is Insured that is shipped, we have a company blanket policy, which covers every shipment that goes out, rather it is $1 or $1000, so should there be any issues on this end, please contact us, so we may work with you and for you to have the problem resolved, we are glad to do so, the only case that we will not, is if we receive inappropiate language and actions. We are committed to be respectful to all customers and we simply expect the same in return. Together, any problems can be worked through without an issue. |
